Conversations – and assignments - with new and old customers over the last year or so have led us to enhance our range of services.  And it’s time we told you!

Our focus and commitment remains the same: to assist our customers in small and medium business to the profitable, productive and effective use of the Internet in their business. 

But more and more we’ve come to realise that this also depends on other parts of the business and its operations and processes.  Like the IT infrastructure, networks, and the accounting package and other business systems being used..  And record keeping practices.  And security and backup!

i-way Services now provide you with a more comprehensive solution to your Internet and IT needs.  And we happily work in partnership with the other professionals that are important to you – your accountant, marketing adviser, and PC and network supplier.

i-way Services are now offered in four categories:

1. E-business and e-commerce: Strategies, planning, reviews; web site design and development; project management; supplier liaison.

2. Workshops and Training: Management and staff workshops; e-business and IT review, strategy and planning; Internet marketing; Internet exporting and importing; information systems management.

3. Infrastructure and Security: Internet and IT infrastructure review, strategy, planning; project management – system upgrades, implementation, integration; information, systems, and network security review, planning.

4. Information and Processes: Database design and development; process review and improvement; interfaces between business systems, e-mail systems and the web site; change management – assessment, strategy.
